Way to click items in second camera view?

    I love the second camera view, where you press ctrl + M. The issue I have is I can't click on anything and that's bit of an issue in combat. I enjoy the movement better, watching my character run from different angles, etc. but for the life of me can't figure out how to select items or creatures.

    Thoughts?

    Sadly this did not work. I'm thinking if they just add a little circle in front of us that we could aim with then click would work. I would love to see this feature.
