Weapon SDD Chest proc not working?

    1. Title: Weapon SDD Chest proc not working?
    2. Reproduction Rate: 100%
    3. Blocker?
    4. Details: Changing items that affect damage(str, % weapon dmg) tend to show up as a change in the tooltip. Proccing "On Hit (5%): Weapon Strength Damage" enchant doesn't seem to affect damage(atleast according to tooltip) so can't really tell. Tried with 1hander sword and 2hander.
