Weapon sheath animation plays "After" NPC dialog is complete

    Title: Weapon sheath animation plays after dialog with friendly NPC is complete
    Reproduction Rate: 100%
    Blocker? No
    Details: I talked with Premislaus (the recluse in East longfall wetlands) with my weapon drawn and we talked for a bit before exiting the convo. When the convo exited, the animation and SFX for sheathing my weapon played. Shouldn't that happen before we start talking?
