Details: I have a compass marker "Meet Samael in Brookside" (there is a ticket for that). Usually it shows up in three cases: I am on the overmap, I am in Brookside, I am in a place with a lunar rift. I was doing the Amanda/Syenna quest in Etceter and noticed that when I needed to talk to a harbourmaster I had two blur compass markers: one showing an actual harbourmaster and another showing the lunar rift in Etceter. Both said: "talk to a harbourmaster". Then the harbourmaster directed me to go talk to Amanda and lo and behold I had two blue markers on my compass: Amanda's location and the lunar rift and both with the same text: "talk to Amanda. When I finished talking to Amanda I had just one blue marker at the lunar rift "Meet Samael in Brookside" again. Weird.
