Weirdness with Inventory sort popup menu

    Details: When the inventory sort menu is popped up, it is affected by the keyboard
    Steps to Reproduce: Open inventory window, click on the "All Items" sort menu to pop it up. Then move backwards with the S key and forward with the W key. This also affects the same menu widget in other contexts such as the vendor search, and other popups such as the ones in the Decoration Palette and Decoration Placement Settings windows. Clicking on the triangle to close the menu will close the menu and accept the current setting.
