Went to Blood River no starter quest

I started as the courage line. Wanted to do the other starter quests so waited an hr to port to blood river via lunar rift, but no quests in sight once getting to blood river. I started another character to learn the ropes at blood river and looks quite different. Anyway, so what do I do with my courage started character? go to elven camp and do quests there?

 

Blood River Outskirts would be the place to go.

 

Speak to Arabella. She will tell you where to go.

 

there was one thing to do in blood river, and you don't have to be in the blood river massacre version to do it. examine the village more, you'll find someone to talk to.

 

interesting. never came across anyone in village. might go back. in swamp dealing with the elf hermit atm.

Arabelle in more than one place? I stumbled upon her in Araes, or whatever that town is called. Shes the first npc i interacted with iirc.

 

She is found all over. Usually in Cities near the the 3 starter/outskirts areas to guide the player.

 

Maybe you went to blood river outskirts? The main line quest starts in Blood River, where the road crosses a river. The outskirts quests are completely separate from the main story quests.
