Details: Innkeeper does not list his goods even when you click "Buy" in dialogue window.
Steps to Reproduce: Talk to inkeeper, ask for goods to buy.

More Details:
The Innkeeper is inside the building Westend Inn and Tap.
The Innkeeper does not have any name which he could share right now.
The window to buy goods does not open when you interact with the vendor or you say to him: "buy"
