Westend - no dock boat to Novia

    Title: Westend - no dock boat to Novia
    Reproduction Rate:

    Details: At the docks there is a boat to Verdantis Shardfall, but no boat to Novia. And three boats that do nothing. Most towns with a dock have a boat to the overworld. There is also an overworld entrance to the docks.
