After reading the R62 Instructions rough draft, I noticed that this will be added this release, however, as of Build 794, right clicking on any of my deeds does not give an option to upgrade with crowns. I'm guessing this just hasn't been added yet, but would really love to test this before it goes live.

Any devs want to hint as to when this might make it onto QA server?

OK, just tested this out on QA (B 797) and it worked perfectly.

Upgraded a Tax Free Village Lot Deed to a Tax Free Town Lot Deed for 360 COTOs. Simple right-click brought up confirmation window to make sure I really wanted to do it, agreed, and my deed turned into a Tax Free Town Lot Deed. No issues, no bugs found!

I also checked other deeds and they all had the option to upgrade. I even checked the free row deed I got from the Shroud quest and it upgraded easily to a POT taxed village deed for 20 COTOs.

I haven't tested every situation, but looks like it's working perfectly to me.

These seem to be the only options I have available currently:

Already spent all my COTO’s yesterday on the store, so I can’t check if they do anything. Hopefully that daily reward might pop up today?

@Browncoat Jayson seems like the new POT village lot reward deed is incorrectly identifying as a row deed. Probably file a bug on that one ;)

That's actually upgrading the No-Trade version to Tradeable version (which could then upgrade in size after that.)

Do these retain their founder status if upgraded (can they still be used for water lots)?

Lots deeds will maintain their type/status, only size changes. Founder/water lot deeds are more expensive to upgrade than non founder/water lots.

I predict a lot of COTO's leaving the market next release. :D

Not possible. You can only upgraded the size, not the type.

You can currently upgrade in your own lane only.. Whatever type it is you can go up.

I think eventually they want to allow you to switch lanes from taxable to tax-free for appx 2 years of rent (DLMB Chris thought).
I don't think they plan to allow the functionality for water access in PA/NPC Town areas.

But only for Taxed POT deeds in the above case, not Taxed PA deeds (Since they promised that TF PA deeds would only ever be available to founders/benefactors)
