What can/will servants do?

Just wondering how interactive servants will be.

Can I change their outfits?
Will I be able to task them with shopping?
May I send them to the bank for deposits and withdrawals?
Will I be able to change their physical characteristics?
Might I be able to set them to be pleasant or snarky?
Will their interactions be varied depending on who they interact with (kindred, guest, blocked, etc...)?
Will they behave differently if given their own quarters?
Can I depend on them to stay abreast of current events in New Britannia (an assistant with in-game events news)?
