What stat determines the range of a spell like meteor shower?

    I tried increasing intelligence, but that did not increase the spell range.

    Mostly, each individual spell has a specified range. Some will increase their range as they are leveled. Inspecting the tool-tips off a skill in the Skills Window may give you a clue to if the skill gains range, since it will preview what the skill will look like when increased by 20 levels above the current level and that includes any increase to its range.

    For Fire Magic and Life Magic schools, there is a passive skill that increases the range of spells that school of magic.

    Int effects critical damage, leveling the skill increases its radius (if it can be increased). IIRC.

    Are you asking the size of the AoE or the actual distance you can cast from?
    I'm not sure on actual range, but I know the size of the AoE rises with your level in the skill.
