What will your character in SOTA be like RP wise?

We in fact created our own unique worlds. Started with one and then after some drama we don't need to go into we created another from scratch (while I was busy as an event DM literally destroying the first ) So in fact I was not on any a dragon lance, planescape, ravenloft, forgotten realms or whatever else server.. but it was NWN.

There is another girl character in our guild that has a bio up where she is a Drow.

I recommend reading "Destiny Calls", In the library, it's been up dated, Torniquet and I have already met up, and are posting back and forth and once Ari meets up with us she will be joining in.

 

Places like Valemark yes. I always imagined Ravenloft to be very misty at night. However my memories are from books so everyone has their own interpretation. The tower in the swaps is extremely ravenloft. Hell I may just nickname that area Ravenloft .

 

I was thinking more in terms of a single player having their own "realm" that they control, where they are "in effect" the most powerful being within that area (as they can likely ban people and certainly remove them from land ownership).

Of course, unlike Lord Soth and Strahd von Zarovich, SOTA players will have the ability to visit other realms.

he's kind of a smartass, but very heartfelt.
he's in charge of a bunch of miscreants called the Elder Moot.. whose general rule is "you don't own me!" but we always play with respect because we know we don't own you too.
we do, however, stand up to bullies and bigots when the time is needed to do so.

he's a brewer.
he's an adventurer, looking for more, and better brewing ingredients.
when he's out in public, he's generally taste tested his most recent brew...just to be sure.......*wink*
he's a crafter. mostly to supplement his brewing and limited adventuring.
his hobby - building furniture. just something he likes to do to..ease the stress from the bad brews that sometimes happen.

since he's a consummate brewer, he also can tend a mean bar..
in fact, the meaner the better.

he wasn't browsing the web and got sucked through a portal. he was in tamriel and drunkenly took a dare to jump through a dolmen.. woke up wearing his kilt..just his kilt... over here.
he guesses some of his guildies just couldn't bear his disappearance..or maybe the disappearance of his brew, more likely...and followed through.

turns out he tasted a little too much of his brew one night, and said he could handle some such nonesense or another.. next thing he knwos he woke up trumped up to a knight marshal house deed in his hand, no idea how he got it, but EVERYONE says he earned it fair and square that one night...


that one night. what happened? grr.. *mutters darkly into his thrice brewed mead* that one damned night.
