When in Attack mode Mouse Button move don't work.

I can move with my two mouse buttons down with the mouse like always, but when I go into attack mode with my weapon in hand I can't move except with the keyboard.

 

Isn't that due to free attack mode? was wondering my self if it was designed this way or not.. i usually run with mouse but switched over to free attack this release and stop moving all the time because of this

 

It might have been right after posting this it started working. go figure.. anyway it is working now.
