When stacking the glyph Ring of Fire, tool-tip does not update debuff duration

Title: When stacking the glyph Ring of Fire, tool-tip does not update debuff duration
Reproduction Rate: 10/10 100%

Details: When stacking the glyph Ring of Fire, on the tool-tip, the duration and damage increase per stack but not the duration of the debuff
Steps to Reproduce:

1. Log in
2. Unlock Ring of Fire
3. Raise it high enough to stack it twice
4. Compare Ring of Fire glyph to a 2x stacked Ring of Fire glyph

When stacking Ring of Fire, the duration of the debuff (not the duration of the spell) should increase by 4 secs per stack. At the moment it does, but the tool tip isn't showing it.

this issue applies to fire arrow(10/10), flame fist(4/4) and fireball (5/5) as well

 

bug entered.

This issue applies to all spells it seems, just tested it with healing grace 5/5, Death shield 3/3, Soothing Rain 3/3 . Tool-tip wasnt updating duration after combo stacking.
