When was the last time you got Major Health on a backpack?

    I know it used to be available as an "option" but...after WAY too many attempts today, 0 (zero) Major Health effects popped up every single attempt and revise. Major encumbrance popped up every other revise - WAY to often for that. If I had to guess - well over 100 masterworks with multiple revise's for each.

    Last night I got several Major Health options on a run of ten backpacks for both MW and Enchant so it is still possible. But I also noticed it came up FAR less than Major/minor Encumbrance.
