Where are the troll belt components?

Glowing Belt Buckle
and
Strip of Thick Troll Skin

which enemies drop these 2 items?

 

Torc D'awl drops the troll skin. I've never gotten one off of the lesser trolls (might just be more rare), but maybe the new named trolls in ruined keep drop it also. Not sure.

I've gotten glowing belt buckles from reapers before, but I don't think that's the only way to get them.

I received one from a Supply Bag. I want to say it was a Blue Supply Bag.

 

I don't think I've ever seen one drop from a yellow bag, but they do drop from blue. Got to parse my chat logs someday.

 

I got a few belt buckles and troll skins out of yellow bags, i think 5 in total.

 

Also got the belt buckle from a yellow bag - currently in Deep Ravenswood.

 

Just found one in a Supply Yellow

 

I don't really find the resulting troll belt to be worth a damn anyway

 

I can confirm the relevant info in this thread: both parts drop out of yellow+ supply bundles. Glowing belt buckle drops off off Reapers. Strip of troll skin drops off off Torc'Dawl and Elite Obidian Trolls.

 

I've gotten components from yellow supply bundles, but where does the recipe drop?
