I recently did some email survey… "As a thank you for providing your feedback, we will award all completed survey accounts 1 COTO" from connect@portalarium.com well, where is it?
Sometimes there is a delay between getting a reward and it showing up in-game. Did you try to go to your bank and hit the "claim rewards" button? That is how all rewards show up in-game. If it has been a long time, and the "claim rewards" does not work, then email support@portalarium.com.
