    I know this has been reported before. I've seen reports from a year ago. Why hasn't this been fixed? Or is there dialogue that is obscure that no one has discovered yet? I googled for the answer, but only found more bug reports.

    1. Quest blocked
    2. Every time
    3. Whitten's dialogue is unknown or broken to complete quest
    4. ... ok I'm bored of this already. Can you just fix it?
