Who can use pledge house deeds?

    Hello everyone. I couldn't find the answer to this question anywhere.

    I've seen founder/benefactor/etc. pledge house deeds for sale, and I was wondering if I could use it as a standard player.

    Can anyone use pledge house deeds, or can only people with the appropriate pledge use them?

    Jason,

    There are no restrictions on who can use a house deed. If you own the appropriate sized lot (or larger) you can place your house deed (you need a lot deed as well though).
