Who's selling house deeds?

Who packin the house deeds today? Ive been to the pub and he's not selling anything?

 

I think it's bugged atm. ?

 

Doh! I saw a few houses around and figured they may have changed the vendor.

 

its broken at the moment, burning toad said it would be fixed before the general launch.. for now if you jump to single player mode, sometimes he has his inventory...

 

We moved them, this text will be in Starr's "R11 Instructions":

House Deeds Relocated: Our “help wanted” request for an in-game realtor has still not been answered, so we have moved all the House Deed items from the bartender in Owl’s Head to the Decoration Vendors in the same town.

I made this change late yesterday after the broken version with no Deeds at all, so be on the lookout after the next patch.

 

will we see basements this time around?

 

Unless something has changed lately, basements didn't make the cut this time around. They had to move some code to the server to make it work. That work was finished but they didn't have time to hook them up the last few steps.
