Why are they closing threads ?

Well, I'm pretty sure you can find some, I didn't want to give an example, to start a never ending discussion. Sure, they all got an excuse, why they got locked. But most of the time, the reason is.. weak.,really weak.

Like this one : What is the business model for when SotA is "released"? ~Going to close this thread for now, since it's run its course and I want to make sure that our message here remains prominent. We are moving forward.

But who said we were done? If everything is done right with respect. If we respect the rules. I really don't see why we should close the thread.
And the last one to be closed because of consolidated reason was a longggg time ago.
I'm a man who follows the rules, I'm *by the book*.
So I expect everyone to be the same. If not, what's the point to have rules?

Closing threads because we said enough about the subject, is not a reason.

 

I see no reason at all for that to be closed. The one person trolling should have been moderated.
