Why did my payment plan change

    I only pledged $45 but now it says right under pledges $80 next to the payment options I had already paid my full amount. They have charged me in the 3 months I just noticed

    Payment plans don't stop automatically.

    They have this at the bottom of monthly payment charges right above accept term button.

    Notes: 1) Payment plans are not canceled automatically after reaching the desired pledge, and must be canceled manually, which can be done at any time. 2) A monthly service fee will be added to your payment as shown on the following page.

    I thought I was just doing $45 and that was it and I did pay that back in wintertime but I never cancelled anything till now

    Well, it's not their fault if people don't read the instructions.
    What you need to do is send a polite message to support@portalarium.com, tell them what happened, and see if they'll help you out.
    That would be a better solution than calling them con artists.
