Why is wounded guard Winslow on his feet?

    Title: Why is wounded guard Winslow on his feet?
    Reproduction Rate: one visit
    Blocker? No but he used to be in bed because he was wounded.
    Details: Enter location and observe.
    Steps to Reproduce: I asked the Guard Officer about Winslow and it wrote of the dire need for herbs in my quest log. Shouldn't Winslow be in bed?
