Window shutters automatically get to "close" position

i asked to fix this also in R40.... please.
if is not possible to add single player flags to avery shutter... please make all shutters on the game OPENED during day.. and maybe automatically closed from 4 AM to 7 AM (game hours)

@Gatsu, Thank you for reporting. This issue has been submitted to the Development Team for review. Have you considered putting this request in the Feedback Section. There seems to be more attention paid to this area and to me the ideas sound pretty neat. If you do however, I would wait until after Thursday when the new R42 comes out so that it would get the maximum exposure since R41 Feedback will be taken down then.
