Winslow doesn't put notes in my journal (Owls Head)

1. Title: Winslow doesn't write notes into journal after giving him elixir
2. Reproduction Rate: I could only try once - it is state-driven
3. Blocker? Yes, for the quest - i don't know what the next steps would be for the undead quest.
4. Details: In Owls Head, Winslow has been injured and the captain of the guard lets you know he needs healing herbs. I went to Kingsport and got the herbs, and gave them to the captain. He created an elixir and gave it to me. When I gave this to Winslow, it says he writes his report in my journal. I looked in my journal, but there is nothing there from him. He is asleep and unrresponsive, so I cannot ask again.
5. Steps to Reproduce: Do what I describe above.
