    Title: Wizard Hat can not be Reshaped
    Reproduction Rate: 100%

    Details: Wizard Hat can not be reshaped using Elven Mage Hood. The wizard hat is listed as "universal armor set match" so this should work, but the recipe for reshaping does not recognize it as a cloth helm.
    Steps to Reproduce: attempt to reshape wizard hat.
