    Title: Wizards have no weapon/magic effects
    Reproduction Rate: 2 times, 3 wizards total, all in this location
    Blocker? No
    Details: I'm looking for other wizards to check, but so far it is just those three who I have found. None of them have weapons, and when they cast spells there are no FX, although the damage hits.
    Steps to Reproduce: Fight the wizards here.
