Wood and Plaster Wall Divider?

Is there any way to craft or buy the wood and plaster wall divider? The one that's used upstairs in NPC inns and taverns? The craftable Wooden Wall I have is more rustic looking, and I don't see any sign of the one I want in the wiki. But it's also common enough I find it hard to believe it's not already available somewhere.

It was me, yeah. I'm trying to avoid as many visual spoilers as possible, especially about what's located where, so when I see things for the first time, it's in the context the designers intended for the full visual effect. I started reading that page, saw all the photos, and immediately retreated and tried to forget what I'd seen. :-D Thank you!
