Wood & Plaster 2-Story Row House totally pointless?

    i just saw that house on a vendor and checked the wiki to find out it comes with the row lot property deed. but isn't that the default house on row lots? so when you get it with the row lot deed you can do exactly nothing with it? (except place it on a larger lot, which you probably don't have)

    You can place a row house on a larger lot, which doesn't come with a default house. Many people use the greenhouse row model on a village lot so they have extra land left over.

    Some towns have different default row lot houses.
