    Title: Wooden storage chest unable to open.
    Reproduction Rate: many times.
    Blocker? nah, relogging fixed it. but really do we want that?
    Details: I have 3 wooden storage chests in my row house. 2 of them open fine, one is bugged. I can move it but not open it.

    note I've seen this bug before a few releases back. theres some state issue regarding wooden storage chests.
    Steps to Reproduce: try to open chest. fail. try doing other stuff to automagically fix itself. repeat.
