World map banners

    2. Reproduction Rate: 100%
    3. Blocker? No
    4. Details: I'm not sure if this is really a bug but it didn't recognized it until now. On the overworld map the letters and the banner of scenes have different "ranges of visibility".
    5. Steps to Reproduce: Slowly walking on the overworld map in the direction of a scene. First is no banner or text to be seen, then the text appears and a little bit later the banner. (pic below)
