Would it be possible to add a NPC vendor somewhere with all recipes?

I was running around on test looking for the new recipes, as well as some raw materials. Would it be possible to add some NPC vendors somewhere that has ALL available recipes on them. It would speed up some of my testing, as well as give me a easy indicator of which recipes I am still missing (man, I wish the recipe book had them all in there, but unlearned ones didnt have the ingredients listed and the name of the recipe in red)

 

or maybe a QA only reward that give all the recipes. would save the hassle of going to the npc and spending the gold.

it would need to be resent when db is synced and/or we get new recipes
