One might even argue that we have entered a third era...

    O.A. : Outlander Advent

    or maybe

    A.O. Anno Outlander?

Well not to get technical, but... are you assuming Daedalus would be a 4th declension Latin noun? If it's 2nd declension like Dominus, the proper form would be Anno Daedali.

And is it Daedalus, Daedelus, or Daedulus?

Not making assumptions, because I have zero knowledge of latin on which to base assumptions. I'm just spitting into the wind.

Also, BCE works perfectly well for before the cataclysm as it is actual Before the Common Era.

Considering Daedalus was Greek, none of the above =p

Daedalus -i, m. mythical Athenian, builder of the Cretan labyrinth; adj. Daedaleus and Daedalius -a -um.

Looks like a second declension (-i) noun to me. Also because "most" masculine Greek and neuter Greek nouns fall/fell into 2nd declension Latin nouns.

Good to note they are only irregular in the singular, like their first declension compatriots.

Fourth declension nouns typically posses a long u i.e. –ūs (being Latin we are still saying "mostly" here.... o_O)

For me, it's all the little specific details. Unique names of characters, objects, creatures and even foods add a flavor to the universe and can provide a plot point for stories. New unique locations have high storytelling potential.

Really though I need to know more about the Oracle and her watchers, and a detailed timeline would do wonders for continuity among community authors.

There are one or two timeline discussions I want to start relatively soonish here. Unless Richard or Tracy start giving out dates though the best we can hope for is rough guestimates. Especially since we don't even have an official dating system or calendar yet.
