Title: Wrong Number of Scrolls In Documentation For Starting Characters.

Details: The documentation states that you start with 12 recall & 12 teleport scrolls. IIRC, I started with 5 of each right after persistence. I created a new character in offline mode in the QA server. He started with 3 of each.

I am assuming that it is the documentation that is in error. A side note: are teleport scrolls even useful in offline mode?

Steps to Reproduce: Create a new character
User Specs:
OS: Windows 8.1 (6.3.0) 64bit
CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-4440 CPU @ 3.10GHz (4) System RAM: 8144
GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GT 635 GPU RAM: 967
SotA.EarlyAccess.Win.64.416.Date.11.10.16
Area: Novia_R7_Forest01_Bloodriver/WithTutorial
Area Display Name: Blood River Massacre

In the Fast Travel section:

Fast Travel
Magical Recall and Teleport scrolls allow Avatars to cross vast distances instantly. These items are created by alchemists and are consumed on use. Avatars may bind themselves to a lot or town by interacting with the lot sign or town crier, and using a Recall scroll returns the Avatar to the last location they bound themselves to. Teleport scrolls move an Avatar to the entrance of the scene of another Avatar in their party, friends list, or guild roster. Both fast-travel scroll types are used from the non-combat hotbar. Beginning characters will start with 12 of each of these scrolls.​

The last sentence is what needs fixing.
