Wrong tooltip for bank POI in Resolute

    Title: Wrong tooltip for bank POI in Resolute
    Reproduction Rate: 2/2

    Details: Compass POI tooltip is wrong for bank in Resolute
    Steps to Reproduce:
    1. At: Area: Resolute (Novia_R6_City_Resolute) Loc: (5.7, 77.4, -262.6)
    2. Get closer to the bank, to record POI (direction NEE)
    3. Move the mouse over the POI on your compass. Tooltip says "Moontower".

    User Specs:
    OS: Windows 10 (10.0.0) 64bit
    CPU: AMD FX(tm)-6300 Six-Core Processor (6) System RAM: 32735
    GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 750 Ti GPU RAM: 1993
    SotA.EarlyAccess.Win.64.370.Date.01.29.16
    Area: Novia_R6_City_Resolute
