1. All post bodies concerning Shroud of the Avatar player to player transactions or services are limited to this section of the forums. Unwanted solicitation in other sections of the forums or via chat or private message is prohibited, and could result in account restriction or ban. Posting more than once per week within your own thread, "bumping" it to keep it on top, bumping within a week of the first post, and daily replacing a post with a new one is also considered spam and is therefore, prohibited.     Activities that involve real money exchanges between players are not allowed. Account transfers are not supported.     We will not restrict exchange of goods but we will not officially endorse these exchanges due to liability issues and staffing bandwidth. No in-game or chat based real money exchanges are allowed. Exchanges are at the players own risk and governed by the Terms of Service of whatever third party platform. Catnip Games reserves the right to restrict any activities if they cause widespread issues for our community or if these activities involve exploits of any kind.

    Hi All,

    I am moving to the Player Owned Town of Stormsong Vale where my guild is located. It has been hard for me to give up such a rare item, but I want to stick with my guild and start building there.

    This is the 2nd rarest property deed in the game on a rare Island lot.

    For sale is a Founder Tax Free Keep Deed that I received with my RF Duke Level Pledge in 2013. Never worry about taxes again. Place it Anywhere; on water or land or island. Never worry about losing value in this solid investment. Place ANY home you want on it. With the discount you can buy whatever home you want. i.e. I bought the Lord of the Manor Keep that is currently placed on it from Lord Andernut for a very reasonable price.

    Price is Firm since this is massively discounted: $3595 paypal 'friends/family/gift' or $3695 regular paypal or a cashiers check. This type of property usually sells for more without the lot.

    As a gift you will receive 1 extra thing:

    1) The Island Keep Lot at Harvest where the deed is currently placed will be yours to do with what you wish. It is your responsibility to claim the lot. In my opinion it has the best home view in the game bar none. Harvest has a fall theme and is absolutely beautiful. Your guests and friends will be blown away. See screenshots. I recommend keeping this lot as this NPC city is part of the SotA story line.

    Since this is a high value item we can do this a few ways.

    I have good feedback and have done a number of higher $ trades and would never act any other way than absolutely honorably.

    Or if you prefer we can have a respected member of the community experienced in such things to handle it for us for a tip (i.e. Church or Lord Andernut).

    We will meet at the location of the property lot; The Keep Island in Harvest off the docks.
