1. All post bodies concerning Shroud of the Avatar player to player transactions or services are limited to this section of the forums. Unwanted solicitation in other sections of the forums or via chat or private message is prohibited, and could result in account restriction or ban. Posting more than once per week within your own thread, "bumping" it to keep it on top, bumping within a week of the first post, and daily replacing a post with a new one is also considered spam and is therefore, prohibited. No in-game or chat based real money exchanges are allowed. Exchanges are at the players own risk and governed by the Terms of Service of whatever third party platform. Catnip Games reserves the right to restrict any activities if they cause widespread issues for our community or if these activities involve exploits of any kind.

    Greeting fellow outlanders,

    I'm looking to sell one taxed POT city lot deed.
    • The tax rate on this deed is 3500 gold coins or 1 gold crown per day. You can use one Royal scepter with it to be granted with two weeks of tax credits each month (the scepter is not provided).
    • You won't be able to place this deed outside of an outlander owned town.
    • A city lot is as large as 2400 square meters and you will be able to place every single house on it, as far as I know, even the Duke Keep or the Manor.
    In order to make a valid offer :
    • I won't accept any offer below 370 store credits. You can buy store credits with discounts from other sellers (just like him) or take them on the add-on store here, here or here. 370 store credits is the starting price. I'm looking for a decent amount of store credits because I need some for personal purpose and I would prefer to keep it otherwise.
    • No paypal, no gold crown, no gold coins. Only store credits accepted.
    • I will only take public offers ; no private message, please. Post here, in this topic, if you are interested.
    • You must bid more than 10 additional store credits compared to the previous offer.
    I will choose the best valid offer by May, the 12th, at 9PM (UTC time). The deed will be delivered after payment

    Reminder : I have received several offers in private but I do not accept such offers. Thank you for your interest but this auction must be transparent for obvious reasons. I will answer to some concerns here.

    The starting price is not PP $250 or $300 !
    I'm not asking for PP $ but store credits. I'm only interested with store credits because I'm thinking about upgrading something with this. Also, it shows my support for the game. Store credits value is roughly 85% of paypal value, so we are talking about $315 which is not far away of what traders are paying for this deed before reselling.

    I made some calculations : tax free POT City deeds are sold for something between $2100 (paypal in marketplace, as far as I know) and $3200 (bundle), currently. With that amount of money for my deed, after paying the starting price, you can buy gold crowns and keep my deed claimed for 2162 days WITHOUT the royal scepter (six years). That's about twelve years with the scepter.

    That's why I think my starting price is quite honest. Keep in mind that those deeds are becoming pretty rare for two reasons :
    There only were 110 taxed POT city deeds delivered with the raffles and Portalarium has decreased drasticaly their number in the last raffles. As my minimum is $680 less than the regular price on the store, it's a good deal for the one who look for a big land property.

    If no buyer has shown up by May the 12th, this title will not be put back on sale for at least several weeks and my starting price will not be guaranted to be that cheap in the future.
