OK. Well - now you have a detail list! lol
Looking at the spreadsheet just now. Column L4 has #Ref! What should be populating that?
I'm really not sure what happened there. It's fixed now. Bizarre.
thank you so much! It's working now and I am sad to see how much XP I need to get to where I want to be. lol
I have a couple questions about using this tool:
Are my changes being shared with others who are also trying to use the tool at the same time? If so, is there a way I can work on a local copy without overwriting other people's changes?
Am I doing something wrong here, or is this a bug:
Notice the required experience column when both the current and required level are set to the same value here...
Thanks for the work on the tool!
*EDIT* Regarding the bug in bullet point 2 above: The formula for the Bladed Combat Required XP cell seems to be using the values from the Rend row (J19 instead of J15).
It is being publicly shared, so anyone with a link can edit.
I would recommend downloading the file in a format of your choice (or saving a copy to Google Sheets if you don't have a desktop spreedsheet app) for edits and changes.
I downloaded a copy in Excel format and saved it to my OneDrive folder.
I can view/edit it for my own avatar.
One note, the downloaded Excel version comes up with some errors that Excel can fix automatically.
Also, I 'auto' set the row height to a better size for viewing for me.
Thanks for a fantastic tool.
It will work, mostly, in Excel. It does use the FILTER function in a couple of spots for simplicity vs. an array. The problem there being it's a google only function. It shouldn't affect anything but the drop-down menus, however.
Everything works as far as I can tell so far.
If it does not, I work with Excel a lot so I'm sure I can fix it.
It is an amazing tool.
Are we getting update on this? New fishing skills are missing.
I'm curious how the Attunement calculation works. It seems to be off. It's saying my Death Attune is 111, but I am currently seeing 172 in game (also says my desired is 120, when it should probably closer to 200). I notice that it is calculating Life skills, which was supposed to be the antithesis of Death - however, I thought this was removed from the game (opposing skill reducing power of main skill) and was only supposed to work with Specialization of a skill.
Attunement shown in game will include gear and spell effects. The spreadsheet will only show attunement gained by skills. Attunement is calculated by taking the highest 10 skills and averaging them. To get 172 attunement from skills you would need 10 skills averaging 172 in level. If you strip your character of all effects and items you will see what is listed on the sheet.
I fixed that. The sheet hasn't been updated in a while. There are new skills and changes to how things work since May (When I last worked on the sheet). In the very least I fixed the attunement.
Ahhh, thanks for pointing this out and for the work going into the spreadsheet. I use it quite often.
Alrighty. I've gone ahead and updated it to include fishing skills (Only half a year late, no big) and attunement / specialization changes.
I hope this gets updated with the new skills soon.
We love you @Rosemourne . You're not playing Shroud much of late but you still know you love Excel!
I've updated to have the new skills **SAVE FOR TAMING**.
If anyone knows if the taming skills are 1x skills still, let me know? I don't have a ton of time any more to get the data myself. I will eventually get it, but ya know my track record with updating this thing.
Also, because people frequently broke it when I had it public, I locked it down. In order to make any edits you will need to make your own copy of the spreadsheet. I didn't want to do this, but the chaos that went into a public spreadsheet probably made Starr proud.
taunt is 2x, all others are 1x (save spec)
This thing alive?
No. The level of AI needed to reach sentience, the level most people consider to be "alive", is far outside of my programming capabilities.
