I'll look over her responses. There are a handful of responses we like every NPC (with a few exceptions) to have and "health" is one of them. Issue #71171 Every NPC that has a special trade window automatically unlocks their name for you. This includes merchants, bankers, trainers, vendors, etc. I kind of wish we never introduced this feature in the first place, at least not without also having a mandate that NPCs introduce themselves in their first response to justify the name unlocking, but "it is what it is." We have so many NPCs that don't introduce themselves that I'm not going to chase down all of them to change their introductions, but when I think of it I do try to have these types of NPCs introduce themselves.
