you already have this recipe in your recipe book

but i haven't it in my recipe book..
So how can i craft my armor if i cannot craft a copper ingot or
an iron ingot that the game claimed that I already have but i dont?
I have bought the recipe for these two ingots but i cannot add them in the recipe book by just double clicking them as i have done for the many other recipe i have added.
So I am stuck and i cannot craft anything...
any ideas?
