You call was unanswered? Is collar broken?

Not sure of this is a bug but my collar is broken and when I try to summon my pet I get "You call was unanswered"? Can I repair the collar?

 

Look at the colar does it just say color or is the pet still listed under the name, if the pet is no longer in the name then the collar is empty.

othere than that some places d not allow pets or you are in a spot that will not let the pet com e to you.

 

mmm it appears my animal is not on there..

 

:-( did you have it out fighting and did it die? didi you grab the wrong whistle from your inventory ? I have done that before

 

He died but usually it spawns back when I leave the instance - guess they changed that.

 

Yup. If you didn't resurrect him in time (i.e., before you left the instance), he's gone for good I think it is really cool that they now follow you from instance to instance (instead of leaving you upon exiting the instance) (It does seem kind of weird though, that my Obsidian wolf pet appears to be much larger than my character on the overland map )
