Details:
I have Kindred access to a Lord Marshal Benefactor (Town) House on a POT town lot (swamp metro). I have placed a wooden storage chest on the lot set to Item Permission: Kindred/Your Private item/Container Add Item: Public. When in bag mode (Use List Inventory is unchecked in game options), if I drag an item from my inventory into the open chest, I get the "You cannot leave items here" error message even though it allows me to move the item successfully into the chest.
Steps to Reproduce:

1. Place a wooden chest on the aforementioned Lot/Permissions
2. Uncheck "Use List Inventory"
3. Drag an item from inventory to the open chest
4. Click OK on the message
