Title: Zone in "can't see others" clue

Details: Many times I've zoned in and can't see party members at an entrance, or they can't see me. Viola will arrive and wonder where I am but I'm standing right next to them.

Today at the EVL tournament, I disconnected and rejoined. The two people I was seated next to were there but not visible, everyone else was. I asked them, the were still there.

So I think this bug is specific to zoning in right next to others. You can't see them until they move.

This proves it isn't entrance dependent, this was in the middle of the zone. And also since there were so many visible players, it seems it is only those in close proximity that are invisible on entering.

Steps to Reproduce: Have someone enter a zone, then zone in after them, at the same entrance. Keep doing it, it's not every time.
