Title: Zooming with keyboard keys instead of mouse wheel lacks granularity
    Reproduction Rate: Always
    Blocker? No
Details: Zooming works as expected when zooming with a mouse wheel. When using the keyboard keys instead it's an either-or proposition: either you get a first-person view or a maxed-out zoom. This effectively prevents one from remapping the mouse wheel to something else.
Steps to Reproduce: Change the zooming controls to use keyboard only. Lose all granularity.
