Unexpected visit by Lord British and Dark Starr

    Another little picture story to add to my SotA memory book. Whilst deep inside Governor Winfield's 5 story basement, 5 brave souls work endlessly to slowly but surely fill the gigantic spaces that dwell in the darkness.
    Spending a couple of long days now with Sophi, Womby , Katrina Bekers and Gurney with the support of some very helpful avatars supplying us goods and resources, (Themo and Gaelis to name a few), we managed to get creative and work on individual pieces.

    In my case, my piece is the level 5 crypts. Some may already know of the coffin designs I have made in the past. I tried to go a step further this time. Well, whilst running around and working on a few other areas, Lord British decided to pop up in his blood thirsty red armour to show those at E3 the basement. But first we took a tour to the 4th level, the jail/dungeons and courtrooms.

    Wasn't very comfortable and luckily my head stayed attached to the rest of my body. However, Lord British didn't want to try his luck. So down to level 5 we go.

    I've been experimenting more with books and designs and came up with 2 designs. One being Order and the other being Chaos.

    Lord British was stunned to see my designs and the next words I didn't expect to hear coming out of his mouth were "Can I lay down there?" (That's a death bed he was referring to).

    Here are the images (do note that these designs are still incomplete. He caught me during decorating but it didn't stop him from taking screen shots AND me too!!!

    As Lord British was enjoying his death bed, I was jumping around like an evil easter bunny taking pictures until... Lord Darkstarr wanted in on the fun. Unfortunately due to one computer running at E3 Lord British had to log out so DarkStarr could have ago at trying out his death bed/coffin.

    Oh and that skeleton on the chaos coffin.... funny little story. Earlier on, I decided to take a break from decorating. So I go and jump onto the Chaos coffin and instantly die... I believe that coffin is built for only one avatar. I'm sure you can tell who that might be.

    They both loved the designs and hearing their comments really made the endless hours of designing well worth it. SOPHI WHY DID YOU HAVE TO LEAVE 5 MINUTES BEFORE HE CAME ON >.< *Recomposes himself* *coughs and clears throat* I mean...You missed it :(

    As they were busy at E3, they left with probably some great screenshots and said they'll upload it to twitter. (doesn't have twitter). Nevertheless, I couldn't have done what I did without Sophi, Katrina and Womby to keep me from loosing my mind.

    P.s. If you find that your local Novian library has ran out of books. You know where they are.

    Wonderful coverage of a unique visit, Doctor. I'd already been down to see your work in early stages - and will be sure to follow that trail of pillows down the stairways again to see more of it.

    Very nice indeed, I truly appreciate the amount of work put in and it’s nice to get some recognition from Lord British and Darkstarr to boot ;)

    And who thought books were building blocks of learning only? Painstaking but rewarding work, most impressive with all those designs! I do wonder how much item limits in rooms and such might curtail creative projects such as these, but perhaps these examples of just what can be done with many small building blocks will help expand what building limits are allowed come live?

    Glad to see that Lord British and Darkstarr still had their heads in those deathbeds, by the way :D

    But two gaming legends paying a visit to your "hard work" (remember: everything will be deleted at next wipe!), and feeling seriously amazed at how *YOU* use *THEIR* tools to creatively build things out of nowhere, beyond the intended use of those tools... Well...

    All of sudden, a glorious tagline from a distant past comes to mind...

    Mea Culpa -- I failed to mention the others involved.. Good job Womby, Katrina, Gurney, and Sophi as well! No slight intended! I think it's very slick. If it's all the same, it reminds me of my first home...but then I've always been pretty twisted.
