[Known] NPCs holding torches in hands they no longer have

    1. Title: NPCs holding torches in hands they no longer have
    2. Reproduction Rate: 100%
    3. Blocker? no
    4. Details: In Tenebris Harbor there are guards that sadly lost a hand during a fight. However, mysteriously, they can still hold torches.
    5. Steps to Reproduce: Visit Tenebris Harbor. Go into the house that serves as a makeshift hospital and look around.
    6. User Specs: Don't matter for this bug.
