    Was the issue with automatically shooting non-aggressive NPCs when an aggressive NPC targets you fixed?

    This makes me wonder about the skeleton encounters where there is a watcher that sometimes wonder in the middle of the battle...

    I hope every archer likes negative virtue because this bug is totally unavoidable. If a watcher happens to be the nearest thing then that is what you will shoot immediately when any aggressive NPC targets you.

    I kill watchers and rabbits and squirrels all the time while the enemy NPC's are still attacking me :(

    Also, watchers need to scurry away from an active battle if they don't do so already. I've had many a squirrel/rabbit casually stroll into the melee of my avatar who IS ON FIRE and who is swinging a flaming sword at multiple enemies that are also burning.

    I kill watchers "accidentally" all the time.

    Creepy little jerks, spying on me all the time...

    They should drop mechanical parts so when you "accidentally" kill them you get a prize.

    I've been trying to reduce the accidental loss of watchers lately (not knowing this change was coming) and just the other day saw one walk right into my Immolation before I had even defeated all the skeletons.

    I hope this only applies to Watchers in non-combat areas, because in encounter scenes they die almost as much as rabbits due to stray spells, especially when it goes to an unexpected target. Devs, please don't only test this on melee characters!

    Totally smoked a watcher 10 minutes ago in Live, at the skeleton encounter.

    It's really easy to do since they only have like 1 point of health.

    I am a melee character :) I still occasionally kill the watcher in that scene because it gets to close when the skeletons swarm me or it is too close to an archer I am chasing down.

    Oh the countless rabbits and horses I slaughter right outside of crag mines... Glad to see this bubbled up - definitely been an issue for a long time.

    Since many of my black shroud companions have reported the vile conversion to a white shroud after resetting quests I was pleased to see this. I’ll be sure to kill every filthy nosey watcher that I see to help ensure I maintain my pristine black shroud. #EmbraceTheChaos

    The only watchers I have killed have been by accident - they either got between me and a target or walked into my immolation.
