Hear Ye, Hear Ye! Calling all photographers! We'll looking for the best R3 Shroud of the Avatar group screenshots, and if your's is chosen, it could be featured in our upcoming Community Spotlight! Interested? Well then, here are the rules.

• All shots must contain 2 or more people
• All avatars must be clothed!
• Preference will be given to shots that are taken in the "Beautiful" or "Fantastic" video setting
• Creativity and WOW-factor will be taken into consideration. And no, not that WoW... you know, pics that make you go... WOW!

So gather up your friends and start shooting... um, pressing F11 that is! You can post your pics right here for consideration.

A Night in Braemar.

 

• OneAndOnly had been wearing a red dress, and many wanted it.
• OneAndOnly found some nice armor, and came into Fire Lotus' Tavern and asked if anyone would like the red dress.
  • Riya and I both said yes.
  • OneAndOnly acknowledged that we both wanted it, but that while Riya had a dress, I did not yet.
  • Riya was very gracious and said that I should have it.
  • 'Trade' isn't possible at this stage, so OneAndOnly asked us to follow him.
    • Everyone lagged but OneAndOnly, so we lost him.
    • OneAndOnly came back and put the red dress into a chest for me to take.
    • One especially aggressive PKer-wannabe, and another 'jester' were, of course, on hand to try to keep me from being quick enough to get the red dress.
      • They were quicker!
      • Riya kept cheering me on to get it.
      • 'Rade' put the red dress on twice, but did eventually leave it alone long enough for me to take it, lag and all. SO I DID! Yay!
  • As you can see, I had my red dress from OneAndOnly's very kind Dev 'hax', as he put it. My thanks also to Rade, for leaving it finally, and to Riya, for being a friend. Thank you, Justin - aka OneAndOnly! (as you can see, the PK-wannabe got his desire to have an image of himself with the 'real PKers with red names', as he put it.) Yay, the dress didn't even smell sweaty. Ha!

I couldn't run on Beautiful settings alas, but I did find some curious examples of the variety of adventures occurring even within the limited opportunities of our pre-Alpha world!
