I already pledged but I want to upgrade to Navigator. When I go to the Pledge site, all I see is the ability to Pledge the full $375 amount. How do I upgrade from my existing package?

Thanks for this! I had forgotten about the boats so I'm currently in Ardoris and it's a great looking place!

Also just had a look at my first row house, they really fit-in with the environment though so-far I've only been in the 2-story ones and they are very modest in size, though the one-story basement will be useful to place a few crafting tables!

@CrimsonBinome let us know how you get on :)

I may have got a bit carried away but I found a really nice row house (their avatar name is Hephaistos Pamphylian) that had been nicely decorated and just had to have screenshots taken!

    https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/s...Hephaistos-Pamphylian_Row01_Outside01_R13.png (far right)

    Ground floor is really cosy:

    https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/s...aistos-Pamphylian_Row01_GroundFloor02_R13.png

First floor a little sparse but you can see how you can have space for you and your wife:

    https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/s...haistos-Pamphylian_Row01_FirstFloor02_R13.png

Second floor has a really nice laid-out guest bedroom:

    https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/s...aistos-Pamphylian_Row01_SecondFloor01_R13.png
    https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/s...aistos-Pamphylian_Row01_SecondFloor02_R13.png

Final floor is packed-full of stuff and has a great view too:

    https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/s...haistos-Pamphylian_Row01_ThirdFloor01_R13.png
    https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/s...haistos-Pamphylian_Row01_ThirdFloor02_R13.png
    https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/s...haistos-Pamphylian_Row01_ThirdFloor03_R13.png
    https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/s...haistos-Pamphylian_Row01_ThirdFloor04_R13.png

So personally I reckon that the 4th story row houses are cool as you get to see over the tops of the other buildings; also great example of how cosy they are and with the basement you can hide-away all the crafting tables!

[Edit] Just clarified the first sentence to make it clearer that it's somebody elses lot.

Hey Ender what are those bonuses for?
I will :) I have to be honest I am seriously considering Knight at this time but I think the row houses are potentially hidden gems if you get the tall ones. I really like that they will blend in very well with the urban landscape.

Recruit bonus was $25 per recruit. The other bonus will be the Alienware and probably the bonus from the very first Black Friday.

Wow thanks a lot for this! They seem really impressive... arg going to be hard to decide. I tend to gravitate towards the more cozy and the fact that it has a balcony is a nice little touch. To be honest I may still go knight and just drop down to a four story house if possible. I'd still have my butler but I'd be a knight of the people! :)

I believe the recruit bonus very recently came to an end (could be wrong though, I haven't recruited anyone for a while).

$20 from Alienware + $25 Hearth of Britannia telethon = $45 bonus. The rest were recruit bonuses from pledges I gifted to others. FWIW, I saw others who got tons and tons of referral bonuses, and used that to build up a second Founder pledge that they sold off for a profit. I did my referral bonus gifts at cost and didn't even get paid from from everyone on them. For the longest time I had only a few, and right at the deadline I went from 8 referrals to 25.

    Welcome!

In my own opinion, the most bang for the buck would be the KNIGHT Pledge. ( $800 )

The knight pledge offers you a VILLAGE lot with a LARGE structure ( Which is ALOT bigger floor/foor area than the small houses of citizen. ) , a Commision free vendor , Reagent plants aswell as a two story Village basement!

While the Row houses got larger floor space than village counterparts, the lack of a garden makes it a bit ... Yeah. But hey, gardens aint for everyone!

If you don't want to commit to as much money as $800, the ANCESTOR level ( $275 ) is a "must" have, as it gives you the TAX FREE row lot and house.

When it comes to your URBAN living, there are ALOT of Urban village lots, they are not only located in the outskirts of towns or in the middle of the forest.

Either way, i hope you enjoy it here, and that we meet alot in the future!

Well most bang for the buck. Actually that would be selling your RF status (you said you were kick starter right) for credits.
The way that is going right now you could split out the RF+$25 and get $200-300 credit for it.
Since you don't care much for the bling that would be best. The one thing you'd lose though would be the priority placement.

However above that for crafters then for whichever size lot you are looking at, you should add a 5-story basement of the se size. Even at row size that is a huge amount of space. 750 square meters (5 * 15 * 10). You can easily fit in all the crafting tables you need etc.

    So depending on your budget:
Ancestor+5-story Basement. Rent free row lot.

    Next step up would be
    Citizen + 5-story Basement.
It would give you a village lot, but what you are really looking for is that tax-free vendor.
Most of the village houses are smaller in living space than a 5-story row house anyway.
But the 5-story village basement is grandiose enough for any needs you might think of.

Larger than that is really just bling. If you have the wallet and isn't after the bling, then you are better off with multiples of citizen than with higher pledges. You could easily trade those, rent free village lots and tax free vendors, for most of the higher bling anyway.

What you might want to be on the lookout for are those artisan tools though.

I think I am going to go with Knight after immersing myself in it all. It clearly offers a lot of value and I always enjoy promoting a knightly kind of guy as my alter ego... when Im not dancing naked in the market place with a Santa hat on of course :) The only hesitation I have is that I am about to propose so money is tight what with Christmas and the engagement ring but I figure it'll be a worthwhile escape during all the chaos haha... Thanks for the feedback.

Thats good feedback and I never really considered selling my title. I dont really care about bling but I have a healthy ego so I do like my RF status :) I think Im going to go Knight and just shell the extra cash because I like all that comes with it as far as value goes even though it is substantially higher in price. It is a good and logical break down though especially about the basement.... I almost feel like a five story basement is almost excessive though as far as immersion is concerned but to each their own! I do like the five story mine though!

Founders get a couple different bonuses at each tier, and they're cumulative. The higher you go, the more valuable Founder status is.
