    Indeed. Huzzah! SotA has brought forth amazing talent among it's followers and The Mad Hermit's videos are truly at the top! (I think followed only by Andernut's selfless work at helping people with pledge acquisition - another often unsung hero of this community.)

    The Hermit's videos were probably the primary reason I went up to the Lord Marshal level with my pledge. (When I saw all those incredible house walk-throughs I was hooked!) And his videos are what I share with skeptic UO players.

    I agree. thank you Mad Hermit for all you bring to Shroud of the Avatar. You have a gift and help to make being here a much better place.
    Without you many times we may flounder and be lost, but then..........we watch the Mad Hermit video and we find our way.:)

    I liked the Mad Hermit videos especially the Unity interactive one's like the housing was Sweet and even just all the housing showing a of them was really an easy way to see them instead of trying to run and run around and not finding a Baron3 house. sorry for the run-on eheh Well done My Good Sir /bow

    I have to thank you MadHermit. Not even your videos helped me a lot - in my opinion you speak in them in a very professional way. There are a lot videos in youtube I don't like so much because their speakers seems not so motivated or just mumble. And furthermore, they don't cut to the chase. In your videos, you are very precise. I appreciate this very much. Thank you and keep going the good work.

    I've met The Mad Hermit in game a few times and can say I found his character to be as fantastic as he comes across in the forum and in his videos. Keep up the good work Brother! :)

    I cannot agree enough. In fact I must relate a short story ... A couple weekends ago I chanced to be visiting a friend and business associate. He has seen me test SotA several times from R2. He asked how it was going and expressed the kind of passing interest one uses for inquiring about your sister's friend's neighbor's cat. I of course extolled the value of the progress and all good things SotA. It was barely enough to spark interest, but it was enough he chose to google it. When he did he found a MadHermit video and watched it. The video alone excited him enough he is now buying the game! Now, I could be hurt that MadHermit's videos are a better representation of the game than my playing it in front of a twenty year friend, but instead, I think it speaks to the quality of the man and his work. So, to add my voice to the others, thank you for all that you do. :)

    I can not agree more to any of this. He has not only been a grand help in so many things. He is a remarkable person to get to know. I shall always remember the first time he asked for my help and I actually had the urge to say "I am not worthy". Or the time more recently, when he landed in my lap and then offered to buy me a drink ~laughs~ His humour is as helpful as his videos. And, his support of the community, no matter whom you are, has always been something to not only keep us strongly united but pushing forward.

    May the shadows protect and keep you always TheMadHermit (and one day when I say your name a loud, you will not be the mad hatter <3 luv!))

    As a new pledge this month, that video guide to getting the holiday hat was reallllly helpful! I'm not sure without it if I'd have stumbled into the right places in time to get it, maybe so but at any rate the video was most helpful and enjoyable. Thanks! And not even counting other vids I've yet to get to, that one alone was worth a thanks :)

    I always enjoy the Mad Hermit's videos. This is coming from someone who never watched a game video because I did not believe in it. Why watch someone else play? Don't be a watcher, be a doer. Then I saw one of his videos and I was hooked because they are great videos that sometimes teach me something new.

    But he is more than a great entertainer. He has a lot of integrity to be trusted in selling people's pledges. He is quite a man!

    I'll throw my kudos in here as well. I'm new to these scene but I would have not been here at all if it wasn't for those videos. I got all the info needed to effectively persuade me to come to the forums, which was the turning point in my decisions. I've subbed, liked, and hope these videos continue because they are an invaluable part of this community.
